Shipping policy

All shipments are arranged under internationally recognized Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, DAP, EXW — as specified per contract). Delivery timelines depend on product availability, port congestion, and vessel/truck scheduling, and are estimated at the time of contract, not guaranteed by this website.

Buyer is responsible for import clearance, duties, and CBAM compliance (EU shipments) unless otherwise agreed. Shipping documents (BL, COA, SDS, Certificate of Origin) are issued upon dispatch.
