This platform does not process individual consumer orders. By submitting a request, you confirm that you are inquiring on behalf of a registered business entity.
2. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
Be a duly registered business entity with a valid trade license and, where applicable, VAT/Tax Registration Number
Have the authority to enter into binding commercial agreements on behalf of your company
Provide accurate, current, and complete information in all forms submitted
3. Quotation Requests
Submitting a Request for Quotation does not constitute a binding order or contract. It is a preliminary inquiry. All quotations issued by our trade desk are subject to:
Product availability at time of confirmation
Prevailing market pricing
Final agreement on Incoterms, delivery timelines, and payment terms
Execution of a signed Sales Contract or Purchase Order
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices quoted are indicative until formally confirmed in writing. All payments must be made according to the terms specified in the signed Sales Contract or Purchase Order. We reserve the right to amend pricing prior to contract execution to reflect market fluctuations.
5. Product Documentation
Where applicable and available, we provide supporting documentation such as Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Certificates of Analysis (COA), and Certificates of Origin. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that products meet the regulatory and technical requirements of the destination country.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery terms (Incoterms — FOB, CIF, CFR, DAP, EXW, or others) will be agreed upon in the formal quotation and contract. Estimated delivery timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
7. Export/Import Compliance
Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable export, import, customs, and regulatory requirements in their jurisdiction. We reserve the right to decline any transaction that may violate international trade sanctions or regulations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mahawer Al Khaleej shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or Services, except as otherwise agreed in a signed Sales Contract.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, and product information, is the property of Mahawer Al Khaleej and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE, unless otherwise agreed in a specific Sales Contract.
